Peter Wang is the founder of Reali Estate. Growing up in a family involved in the Chinese classical furniture manufacture and business, he was trained and inspired by masters of the craft who valued precision, aesthetics, and the rich history behind each piece. His early experience fostered his deep appreciation for quality and attention to detail and fueled his entrepreneurial spirit. His hands-on experience with family business has given him a solid foundation in business operations and strategic thinking, which prepared him to be a knowledgeable and innovative leader. In early 20s, Peter joined Etihad Royal Airlines in the United Arab Emirates as a flight attendant and the world's most advanced and luxurious cruise line by Royal Caribbean Cruise as one of the international ambassadors of the cruise. In 2010, he seized the opportunity to immigrate to the U.S. and joined a furniture manufacturing company in Los Angeles, California. As a new immigrant, he navigated to overcome challenges and obtained his licensure as a real estate broker while working a full-time job. Peter began his journey as a real estate entrepreneur and professional in California in 2015 with ReMax Commercial Real Estate. During his time with ReMax, Peter has led his team to successfully achieve the distinction of securing the largest commercial real estate transaction in Orange County, CA in 2020. Their outstanding performance was also awarded as ReMax Orange County Regional, ReMax First, and ReMax Overall California Regional as third-ranked in awards. Despite these achievements, Peter is always actively pursuing opportunities to expand his business, broaden his client base, and enhance his industry network. With his passion in the real estate industry and enhancing his professional standing, Peter Wang pursued advanced studies at Cornell University, specializing in real estate with a focus on real estate Investment, development, and asset management. Peter is a member of The Cornell Hotel Society. In 2021, right after obtaining a general contractor’s license, he started his own brokerage and expanded his business to the field of real estate development and asset management.
