Welcome to Minerva House! Fully renovated in 2022, This single family house offers a 10 minute walk or 5 minute scooter to campus. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, each individual room is a private sanctuary.

The house is ready to rent on June 18th! We're flexible on lease start date, but we also allow summer sublets. Previous student renters have been very successful covering their rent with summer sublets.
