2... 2nd year PhD students + 1 senior undergrad at UCR in Plant Biology & geology. There are 5 bedrooms in the house with 2 openings.

There is a household cat, Cashew, who is an 1 yr old American shorthair baby cat. We have a nice backyard patio and garden, ample fruit trees around the property (meyer lemon, oranges, pomegranate, etc.) with gardeners (covered by landlord) that come weekly. Laundry washer/dryer is in unit, we have a 2 car garage with a side door + 2 spot driveway + free street parking, and a spacious living room with a fireplace. House has no carpeted floor and is all linoleum hardwood. In the summer, some of us plan on car-pooling to campus if that is of interest to you as well. From the house, campus is a 15-20 minute walk, 8-10 min bike/scooter ride (save on parking permit), and 5 minute drive.
