2 Rooms Available in 5BR, 3BA, shared house walking distance to campus, canyon crest area

Hi! My roommate and I are trying to fill two bedrooms for the following school year in our house. It's a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house off of Canyon Crest in the Colony East neighborhood - about a 20-30 minute walk to campus and 5-10 minute... bike/scooter ride. Also on a bus route as well!

Ideally looking for graduate students but upper level undergraduates can reach out too.
House is Co-Ed, currently 2 guys, 1 girl. I will be a 2nd year graduate student in Plant Biology, another of us will be a 2nd year geology, and lastly a senior undergraduate (forgot what they study lol).

Shared areas in the house are furnished, bedrooms are not. Spacious living room, nice kitchen, and really nice outdoor area with fruit trees.

One bedroom is ~ 13x9
Second bedroom is ~ 13 x 12.5

Tenants do share a bathroom with one other person. Larger bedroom bathroom has 2 sinks, one for each person.

A current tenant has a 1 year old cat. Very friendly, a bit schizophrenic but loveable. We aren't looking to add more pets but still consider reaching out and we can try to work it out if needed.

**Please reach out to me if you would like to set up a time to meet current roommates or tour the house!**
