This studio apartment has a private entrance. The residents... at the main house on the property (next door) use a separate entrance.

Strict no smoking, no drug, and no pet policy. Street parking.
No on-site laundry. There are several laundry mats nearby.
UTILITIES Water is included in the rent. You're responsible for electric and gas bill.

Tenant is responsible for taking his/her trash bins out every Thursday night and bringing them back in by Friday evening. All indoor trash must be disposed of at minimum one time per week.
The entire stairway area is to remain clear, and clean.
You are responsible for acquiring a plug-in heater for personal use.
All persons over 18 must be on the lease, and submit proof of income, background, credit, and eviction report. Also, only persons on the lease can stay overnight. Occupancy limit is strictly enforced.
Deposit of $1,500, and 1st month of rent are required.
RENT is $1,500/month for up to two persons. $50 per additional person.
Timely payment of monthly rent is a must!!!
