The House

Big two story house with pool, patio, garage, washer and dryer. Two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs). Bathroom upstairs is only shared with one other person. You will be sharing a room with 4 other graduates, 2 from the department...
of dance. This is a residential quiet neighborhood with some student houses and families around. It is a 10 mins bike ride to campus, 25 mins walk. There is a bus that passes nearby and drops you off in front of UCR as well. If you drive, it is a 2-3 mins drive to Lot 24. Utilities are not included and are paid monthly. $840 rent + $ 100 approximately of utilities (gas, wifi, sewer, power, water, trash. Rent just got increased for next year). Pool and patio maintenance is included in the rent and takes place every week. Landlady is very responsive about house maintenance. Living room, dining room and kitchen are very spacious as well (fully furnished). Plenty of storage in the garage and two fridges for all tenants.

Rooms: Both rooms are on the second floor.

First room is very spacious and quiet, with a lot of storage and an independent porch/entrance from the patio. Bright natural direct light throughout the day (mostly afternoon on) and sunset view during evenings (window faces the patio and the pool- west). It is to be rented unfurnished but I am happy to discuss selling some of my furniture if interested (kitchenette appliances, full size bed frame and mattress, organizers). There is a storage space on the second floor for people using the upstairs bathroom. (Available: August 1)

Second Room: Also in the second level. Decent size room that fits a reading sofa, coffee table, full size bed, bookshelf, kitchenette and working space. It has a very big walking closet and storage. Window also looks at the patio. (Available: September 1). Bathroom is shared with one other person upstairs or downstairs (this is a conversation to be had with other tenants).
