The rooms are very spacious, with a walk-in closet and drawers under the bed. Each room comes with a full bed, bed frame, desk, walk-in closet, and drawers for clothes. Every room has its own private bathroom. The shared space is fully furnished and... has a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. It is an 18-minute walk and a 4-minute drive to UCR. No pets are allowed, but service animals are; you must provide paperwork/proof. There is a gated garage for the residents, and $15.00 a month for unassigned parking. There is also the option of having an assigned parking spot, which will cost $25.00 a month. The 1st floor of the garage is open to the public because of the restaurants in front of the parking garage. Night security patrols the parking garage and the outside of the apartment complex. We have a pool and barbecue pits, in addition to a gym. My 3 roomates are all female so perferably would like a female to sublease the apartment. My room is available for summer and/or fall (September-December).
