Canyon Crest Apartment 2bed2bath - roommate needed

I’m looking for someone to takeover my roommate’s side of the lease in our 2 bed 2 bath apartment beginning August 19! I’m going to be a second year grad student and I live with my super friendly cat in the Amber Crest Apartments just 1.5 miles from... campus. You can easily walk, bike, bus, or drive to campus and there’s a Ralph’s, Starbucks, and a ton more across the street in the Canyon Crest Town Center. The apartment complex is pretty quiet, has a pool, and ample parking, and the apartment has in-unit laundry and a cute little balcony!
Rent is $2160, so $1080 each and utilities+wifi are around $100 each.
I’ve been living here for a year now so the apartment is furnished, but the bedroom in question will be yours to decorate as your own of course.
