Recently refinished pebble tec infinite Pool with jacuzzi. Firepit and “built-in” outdoor seating and remaining backyard off limits due to construction. Off-street parking available. *Security cameras throughout the property for everyones safety. **Garaged Laundry room available

No parties or overnight guests. Quiet hours per city/county ordinance, typically 8AM-9PM, unless notified 24+ hours in advance. Excludes noise due to emergency repairs.

Reduced or additional amenities/services available and potentially negotiable. Currently have a choice of a room for the first tenant. Female preferred.
