Rent includes monthly cleaning service to clean common areas and gardening service. House has clothes washer and dryer and two refrigerators, central heat and central air conditioning, high speed Internet. Walking distance to UCR, grocery, shopping mall and bus. Near bike lane too. Shared dining area, kitchen, living room. Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, pots and pans. Quiet, peaceful with private yard. No carpets. Parking in garage, double wide driveway and on street during non-restricted hours (see signs for restrictions.) Utilities and internet are shared by occupied rooms. Bathroom is shared with two other students. All houses are co-ed. Second room available now at 102 East Manfield Ave. Third room available 9/1/26 at 3522 Mt. Vernon Ave.
