Private Room in Dwell 2b/2b apartment, 15 min walk from campus

Looking for an undergraduate to sublet a bedroom in a 2b/2b apartment in dwell apartments. You would have a bedroom to yourself and a bathroom that is shared; there is another bathroom in the other bedroom. Had to withdraw from spring quarter 2025... due to medical issues but figured someone else could use the space. Some furniture available to buy alongside move-in if interested (desk, chair, dresser, bed frame, mattress), but open to having the bedroom clear for your furniture as well. The rest of the apartment is furnished (couch, TV, etc). Cost of gas, electricity, water, trash, and wifi is all included in the rent. Apartment is on the second floor, directly across from a RTA route 10 bus stop which comes around once an hour. Roommate is very friendly and accommodating, I'll miss them. Please send a message if interested in discussing further.
