Private Studio One Block from UCR

Private Studio Available in Quiet Neighborhood!

Studio is part of a home in Canyon Crest, just one block away from UCR's Parking Lot 30. Private entrance to the studio completely detached from the house which has a compact kitchen and full size... bathroom. No in-unit washer/dryer but can provide access to main house to use the washer and dryer. Room may be rented furnished or unfurnished - Your choice (no additional charge).

Safe, quiet and private neighborhood very close to shopping center (Ralphs, Rite Aid, Starbucks, and Chase). Bus stop route 16 very close by (if needed) and dedicated bike lane on the main street leading to campus.

Single/One person occupancy only. Women only. No exceptions.

Can rent month-to-month, no need to do a 9 or 12-month if you don't want to stay through summer. However, we would prefer that it would be at least an academic year.

Split utilities among 3 other individuals (amount varies from month to month - I can provide an average of utilities for the past year to give yourself an idea of how much it may be).

Property is well kept. Gardening, tree trimming, pest control and general outdoor up-keep is done on a weekly basis at no additional charge. Recently installed Tesla charger available to share if you have an electric vehicle. Ring Camera's outside for safety.

Absolutely No smoking/No drugs/No Pets/No Parties on premises.

Must be a student, faculty or staff of UCR. Looking for someone who needs a calm and quiet environment. An International student, Grad student or Junior faculty would be best but if you are an undergrad and are quiet, responsible and clean please don't hesitate to inquire.

About us: Though the studio is detached from the primary home you may run into us. We are working professionals (work in Public Health) but we are very respectful and quiet.
