One clean, spacious, airy one bedroom, is available in a single family house with 3 bedrooms ( one master , 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom).

Clean, neat and tidiness is required
House chores such as taking out trash , bring it back the trash, clean the common places should be shared among 3 roommates

Currently, there are one freshman and one senior living in the house. Both are very nice, quiet, respect each other and very friendly.

Car parking is available on the street , in front of the house, however, required one time permit fee, $50.
