Room for rent in shared house with graduate students and UCR alumni
Room for rent in the a shared house with graduate students and recent UCR alumni. Currently we are four male roommates. No preference on roommate gender and LGBTQ friendly. We are about half international and half US students so we are also open to... roommates from anywhere. We would prefer graduate students, but would be consider undergrads as well.
Rent is $680 per month for the room and utilities average around $100-150 per person. Private room on the first floor + shared bathroom (with 1 other).
House is large with a big backyard, a garden and an in-ground pool. We like to host occasional dinners and other gatherings, so we would prefer a roommate who is social or at least does not mind having guests around.
