Room in a Private House for Rent One Block Away from UCR

Room is part of a home in Canyon Crest, just one block away from UCR's Parking Lot 30. The house is in a safe, quiet and private neighborhood very close to shopping center (Ralphs, Starbucks, and Chase). Bus stop route 16 very close by (if needed)... and a dedicated bike lane on the main street leading to campus if you want to ride your bike or scooter to campus.

Single/One person occupancy only. Women only. No exceptions. The room will have to share a Jack & Jill style bathroom. Room may be rented furnished or unfurnished - Your choice!

Shared living room and kitchen. You are more than welcomed to use the appliances already in the home - Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator, Stove, Toaster, French Door Air Fryer, Nespresso machine, Treadmill etc.

Can rent month-to-month, no need to do a 12-month if you don't want to stay through summer. You are responsible for just your rent. You'll have peace of mind that there is no shared responsibility with others possibly not having their rent on time etc.

Property is very well kept. Gardening, tree trimming, pest control and general outdoor up-keep is done on a weekly basis at no additional charge. Tesla charger available to share if you have an electric vehicle. Ring cameras for security.

Absolutely No smoking/No drugs/No Pets/No Parties on premises.

Must be a student, faculty or staff of UCR. Looking for someone who needs a calm and quiet environment. An International student, Grad student or Junior faculty would be best. Current roommate who you would share a bathroom with is a PhD candidate at UCR.

About me: I am a female working professional (work in Public Health). Graduated from CSUSB and LLU. I am very respectful, quiet, and like to keep a tidy home. Past roommates have lived with me up to 4+ years. Can provide references for past students who have lived in the here if you'd like to ask them questions about their experience living here.
