Short-term Rental of House or Room Next to Hiking and UCR for Entire Winter Term
Beautiful setting near campus: right next to Two Trees Trail (the best hiking trail in Riverside). Take a stroll and come home to your house with piano, espresso machine, patio loungers, large king size bed in the master bedroom, and newly renovated... master bathroom with deep soaking tub. Preference will be given to visiting professors and international students who will be working at UCR during the winter term. Please only serious inquiries! You may either rent the entire house for the winter term or just one room (at a negotiable rate) for winter and possibly also spring terms. The house is also available over the summer (June - July).
